The wax must be allowed time to melt to the edges. Candles have memory, so on any subsequent lights, it will only melt as far as it did the first time around. Donβt forget to allow it to melt ALL the way.

You will need to trim your wick before you light your candle again. You may find that there is a little bulb at the top of your wick. This is called a mushroom, but please donβt eat it. This is nothing to worry about but will need to be removed before relighting. If you do not remove it, the flame risks getting too hot, and too big and may impact the performance of your candleΒ

When candles are not in use, similar to melts, they can collect dust and other particles. If like us, you don't want to put your candle away, ensure that you remove carefully any dust or particles that gather on top of your candle before lighting again. If you do not remove them they could become entangled in your wick and effect the burn and performance of the candle.
Candles Donβt Like To Sun!
As much as our candles like the heat, they don't like the sun! Keep them out of direct sunlight and in a cool place. Placing in direct sunlight can affect the oil and wax resulting in a candle that won't smell as lovely.

When your candle is nearing the bottom of the container we suggest that you stop burning the candle when there is about 1/2 inch of wax left in the container. This is to ensure that the container doesn't become too hot and crack.
