Ways of Cleaning -

 

Place a lit candle under wax for a min and then wipe with a catton pad. the wax should just slide off the clean off the remaining resedue. 

 

or 

 

Completely allow the wax to melt and let the cotton wool to soak up all the melted wax. Then clean the remaining resedue.
